                                                          Eagles Lacrosse Refund Policy

      Please note that you will be asked to agree to the Eagles Lacrosse Refund Policy with registration to all of our programs.

Our refund policy is designed to minimize the impact to both parties in the event of a cancellation.  All programs incur some expenses for each participant very early in the registration process, including uniforms, apparel, administrative costs, credit card processing fees, and facility use fees.  Shortly thereafter, the expenses increase again as the program contracts services for its coaching staff and game officials based upon the number of participants. 
All refund requests must be written and submitted to [email protected].

All refunds are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

Full refunds, minus the $25.00 processing fee, will be given 15 days (or more) prior to the start of a program or clinic.

Half refunds (50%), minus the $25.00 processing fee, will be given within 14 days of the start of a program or clinic.

No refunds will be given after the start of any program or clinic unless extenuating circumstances are cleared by the Director of Eagles Lacrosse.

If Eagles Lacrosse has loaned or rented equipment to a player, no refund will be given until all the equipment has been     returned.
